"We recently relocated to triangle area and a mutual friend gave me Jill’s contact for our insurance needs. When I called I ended up getting hold of Brittany. This turned out to be such a good thing. Not only she was able to provide suggestions and meet our needs for various insurance, she went out of the way to help me with all the relevant information with DMV licensing and registration process as well as do’s and don’t. It is quite refreshing to work with someone like Brittany who is not only very professional and responsive but also goes out of the way to make things easy for you. The whole staff at this agency is quite friendly and helpful when Brittany was not around. I would highly recommend checking them out for insurance needs."

"I have been a customer here for years and never had a bad experience until now. While texting the office, the administration got mad that I changed my mind about adding a policy. She was very rude to me via text message. When I stated that I wanted to talk to Jill Wenstrand, I was told she would be in later on that day. And that she would be too busy to talk to me. I asked that they let me her know I still wanted to talk to her. Two days later, I still haven't heard from Jill. When I called the office, I was told that she was out of the office and did not have a voice-mail. This seems strange since all professionals' offices have voice mail. It seems that the person I was talking to did not want me to talk to Jill. This was bad customer service altogether. I would not recommend this office simply because of the administration. I was even worried that the lady I was texting would cancel all my policies. I definitely did not feel like I was valued as a customer and have decided to change to a different agent. Hopefully, Jill Wenstrand sees this post."

"Working with Jill was a nightmare. Thankfully corporate State Farm is great and apologized and made up for her multiple mistakes. We had to pester her to get anything done. On multiple occasions she would say she’d get something done and then not follow through. We had to correct things multiple times despite giving her the exact information each time. She does not run an organized or efficient business. I would not recommend her to anyone."

"Jill was extremely unprofessional and tried to force me to purchase her life insurance. After I stated I was uninterested at the moment over the phone she then proceeded to send me a long shady paragraph through email still bringing up the death of someone who died the previous day which is unethical on her end and none of my business . Using death as a tactic to sale life insurance is horrible . She also brought up the fact that I’m a new mom to try and make me feel bad. She went as far as to say that my family would have to resort to go fund me pages if I passed away and even went as low as to say that since I worked in insurance then I should understand the importance of life insurance. It is two days later and she’s atill being unprofessional and going back and forth with me after she disrespected me by bringing up my family , new baby , past work experience & my family’s finances . She crossed the line and is extremely unprofessional...to email me after I declined on the phone is too far ...it’s not her business why I declined she’s doing too much . I am a young single mom taking care of everything by myself I just got my masters degree this December and I’m workinh on securing my job so that I can get my health and life insurance so for her to bring up my parenting just takes this to another level because I’m doing everything in my power to make sure my child and I are successful. Being a new parent is tough by itself I don’t need her harassing and attacking me. As a new parent there’s a lot of things I have to take care of that I can’t do at the moment . It’s life ! But to bring up the death of another individual?? That’s low . The fact that she’s still emailing me shows how unprofessional she is ... I don’t recommend Jill’s office . Please go to another State Farm . This is her first email “I’m sorry you’re not open to getting that need taken care of right now . Last night the people who didn’t come home last night didn’t expect to not make it home .you should know the importance of having something in place “ “when you’re ready to get this need taken care of for your family and carter ...until then I hope nothing happens with your health that would prevent you from getting this need taken care of “ this is only part of one of the emails smh . I am totally offended and disgusted. Learn professionalism Jill . No one can tell me these words are professional period. 🤦🏽♀️ In response to jills comment- everyone please visit her Facebook page , I have posted the entire thread of emails for you to read for yourselves! I don’t threaten people, but I will go in person to have an adult face to face conversation because I don’t have time to be going back and forth with you over an email day after day ....that is harassment"
"Thank you for your feedback, Tandrel. I talk to every customer about life insurance, especially if they don’t have anything in place. It is so important to protect the people you love from financial burden. I did follow up with an email to let you know the cost to take care of this need monthly, since you would not allow me to speak on the phone. I shared with you the statistics of go fund me pages because of life insurance not being in place, and the real risk that all of us face if we don’t have proper protection in place. I did not say someone had died last night, but I did share that ‘the people who passed unexpectedly last night didn’t expect to not come home to their families’. In all of the documented emails, I was very professional and kind to you, but after multiple disrespectful emails from you, two of which contained threats, I had to let you know that I would contact the authorities if further harassment was continued. As I said in my email- I ask all customers about this need because I truly care about each and every customer and their families, and I’m very sorry that has offended you. I welcome everyone to read the emails referenced sent, as they project my well wishes and true intentions that Tandrel has an amazing 2019, along with our office truly wanting what’s best for her and her family! I can only educate my customers, what they do with it is up to them. I wish you and your family the best 2019 possible and I truly hope you’re able to get protection in place for your family in the near future! And congrats on working on your Masters- that’s awesome! ☺️"

However, since we know one another well outside of her office, I have asked her for insurance advice from time to time. I have been so impressed that she has never ever tried to take me away from the place we currently do business with. She has even told me how much she values her customers and does everything she can to retain loyal customers. Her level of leadership and commitment to her business and employees is really special.
